The Ron Callan Scholarship

Established by Joel Leininger, Class of 1966

The Ron Callan Scholarship was established to honor now retired science teacher Mr. Ron Callan. Recipients of this scholarship will be awarded $2,500.  To help grow this endowed scholarship please contact Nicole Anderson at 402-563-7000 x 12847 or andersonn@discoverers.org.

Minimum criteria for this scholarship:

Pursuing a career in biology and/or a field of medicine, to include MD, DVM, DDS/DMD degree goal.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
Must have a faculty/staff recommendation.  A biology faculty recommendation is preferred.
